Selda Bağcan- legendary Turkish psych-folk pioneer, sonic and political radical, thorn in the side of the Turkish govt, and inspiration to Dr Dre & Mos Def -is playing at KOKO London this Sunday, 18th Feb (more details here) 

There’s a chapter on her in Daniel Spicer’s forthcoming The Turkish Psychedelic Music Explosion – out next month from Repeater, and reviewed in this month’s Wire magazine. 
We’ve got 2 tickets for the gig, and 2 copies of the book to give away (worth over £100!).
